We’re hiring an AI RevOps Operator to own and scale our revenue systems end-to-end. This is NOT a freelance project or agency role. This is an ownership role where you manage and improve systems that directly drive leads and revenue. What you’ll be responsible for: • Building and optimizing funnels (landing pages → lead → customer) • Managing CRM systems (pipelines, tracking, lead flow) • Creating and improving automations (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.) • Setting up follow-ups (email, SMS, sequences) • Tracking performance (conversion rates, drop-offs, bottlenecks) • Fixing broken systems and scaling what works What we’re looking for: • Strong experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) • Understanding of funnels and lead generation systems • Ability to think in systems, not just tasks • Someone who takes ownership (not “tell me what to do” type) • Fast learner and problem solver Important: • This is NOT an agency or client work role • You will be working on ONE company’s systems • Focus is on long-term growth and ownership If this sounds like you, apply with: 1.
