I need a production-ready AI Voice Agent that will: • Answer incoming calls 24/7 in clear, conversational English, handling only appointment-availability questions for now. • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments in real time, writing directly to our existing clinic-management system via its REST API. • Trigger SMS or email reminders automatically based on the appointment calendar. • Log every call, intent, and action so the team can audit interactions and spot issues quickly. Architecture must be multilingual-capable—English goes live first, but the design should leave room for Spanish and French voice models later without a full rebuild. Acceptance criteria • End-to-end demo using a test phone number that shows scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and an availability inquiry. • Seamless two-way data flow with the clinic system (I’ll provide API docs). • Clear deployment guide for replicating the setup in our own cloud account. • Error handling that routes complex or failed calls to a human fallback line.
