The goal is to let my team converse with customers on WhatsApp, have messages classified and answered automatically, and at the same time log incoming and outgoing monetary data so daily, weekly, and monthly reports are generated without manual effort. Core tasks • Connect to the official WhatsApp Business API (or a reliable BSP) and route all chats through a cloud-based backend. • Build NLP-powered flows that recognise common customer intents, send predefined replies, and escalate to a human only when needed. • Capture any chat that contains figures, bills, or receipts, parse the numeric data, and store it in an expense ledger. Generate PDF and CSV summaries directly inside WhatsApp. • Provide a simple web dashboard where I can edit reply templates, view conversation analytics, and review the expense log in real time. Acceptance criteria • Conversations in English are handled end-to-end with a response time under three seconds. • Expense entries auto-populate a database with date, amount, counter-party, and category fields at ≥95 % accuracy. • Dashboard loads in under two seconds and exports clean reports on demand. • All code, environment files, and setup instructions are delivered so the system can be redeployed on my own server.
