I’m looking for a developer who can build a small-footprint AI automation suite that tackles two pain points in my day-to-day work: 1. WhatsApp group management • Message scheduling – I want to preload posts and have them drop into selected groups at set times without needing my phone online. • FAQ responses – When members ask repetitive questions, the bot should recognise common keywords and reply with a predefined answer pulled from an editable knowledge base. Accuracy and non-spammy timing are important. 2. Back-office processes • Data entry tasks – Pull data arriving through WhatsApp, email, or spreadsheets and push it into our Google Sheets / Excel files (or a lightweight database if you prefer) with minimal human touch. • Report generation – Use that same data to create daily and weekly summaries, then output a PDF or spreadsheet and email it to a list I provide. Preferred stack is flexible; Python, Node, or a no-code option like Make.com/Zapier is fine as long as the end result is reliable and I can tweak text or schedules myself. If you work with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API or an unofficial library that’s stable, please note that in your bid. Deliverables • Source code + brief setup guide • Configuration panel or clear JSON/YAML files for schedules and FAQs • One-click (or one-command) deployment instructions on a VPS or Docker container • Short screen-share walk-through so I can see it live before sign-off Acceptance criteria • Scheduled messages hit the target group at the exact time ±30 sec. • FAQ replies fire only once per identical query within a 10 min window. • Data rows appear in the destination sheet/database with 100 % field accuracy for a test batch of 50 messages. • Reports generate and send on schedule without manual intervention for three consecutive days.
