I want a single, web-based dashboard that lets me run every stage of my outreach cycle from one place. The flow is simple: I give the system a few keywords or a niche description, it searches social platforms, Google, Chatgpt, and any public domain data it can legally access, then returns a clean client list that includes company name, email, phone number, WhatsApp, social media handles, and website. Once that list is ready, the dashboard should automatically: • post scheduled or on-demand content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and WhatsApp using their official APIs • draft personalised emails (powered by ChatGPT) and send them with a link to my website • push direct messages on the same five channels and place AI-generated voice calls that deliver a short business overview with our package options • accept inbound calls or message replies and log them back to the contact’s profile Key features I expect: 1. Keyword-driven scraping with filters for geography or industry. 2. De-duplication and validation of emails and phone numbers. 3. A simple editor where I can tweak the AI email/DM template before campaigns go live. 4. Real-time status tracking—sent, opened, clicked, replied, called. 5. Export of the full client list to CSV at any time. I’m comfortable if you build with popular stacks such as Node.js, Python, React, PostgreSQL, plus integrations like Meta Graph API, LinkedIn API, Twitter/X API, Twilio (or similar), and OpenAI. Feel free to suggest better tooling if it speeds development or lowers cost. Deliverables are: • Fully functional dashboard (source code + deploy instructions) • Clean, documented API connections for each channel • Scraper module with keyword input and CSV export • Email/DM/call automation workflows tested end-to-end • Basic user guide or short Loom walkthrough Only propose if you have prior experience stitching multiple APIs together at scale and can demonstrate at least one similar automation project.
