I need a detailed design package for a compact cabinet that will live inside my camper. The unit sits on the shelf and will be bolted through the base, possble secured from the back as well. The frame must be built from standard 2020 or 2040 aluminum extrusion; I’m open to whichever profile you recommend for weight-to-strength. Primary purpose • General storage for kitchen supplies • Left-hand bay for a 2x water jug with a simple drop-in sink on top (no plumbing—just a cut-out and support ring) I will provide sketch drawings with measurements. What I expect from you You input on design, front drop down doors or some type of access. 1. 3D model (something I can view online or download pdf's, or similar) showing the full frame, panels, hinges, and sink cut-out 2. Cut list with exact extrusion lengths, end-mill prep, and suggested fasteners/brackets 3. Material list covering extrusion profiles, corner connectors, hinges/latches, panel material, and any edge trim 4. Simple exploded view or step-by-step assembly drawing so I can build it in my garage with common tools Key constraints • Keep overall weight low • No wood framing—only aluminum extrusion and lightweight panels (e.g., ¼″ ply, ABS, or honeycomb) • Clearances for camper door and adjacent furniture must be respected; final plan should show footprint and bolt-down points I’ll review the model for fit, then sign off before you generate the final cut sheet. Let me know your preferred CAD platform and any clarifications you need so we can keep revisions minimal.
