Core expectations • Natural-language flow that answers catalog questions, recommends items, and supports order status queries • Secure hand-off to our current payment screens without breaking the chat context • Admin-friendly way for us to update intents and product data (Dialogflow CX, Rasa, or a comparable framework is fine—please state your preference) • Kotlin-ready SDK or REST interface plus clear integration instructions • End-to-end test script so QA can verify scenarios like “add to cart”, “apply coupon”, and “track shipment” Once the bot is running smoothly in our staging environment and passes those test cases, we’ll move to production and close the project.
