I need an Android app that lets me walk through a property, key in only the essentials and walk away with a complete valuation report ready to share. Core workflow I’ll open the app, select or create a job, and fill a concise form capturing numerical data (values, dimensions), textual information (owner name, address, notes) and 6–8 photos. As soon as those fields are in, the app should compile everything—owner details, property specifics, MVR, location map/image, photos—onto my preset letterhead, paginate it to A4 and export a polished PDF I can email or share straight from the phone. Key requirements • Android-only build (Java, Kotlin or Flutter—your call, as long as it runs smoothly on recent devices). • Smart data entry: minimum mandatory fields, auto-save while typing, option to revisit and edit later. • Image capture or gallery import with automatic resizing to keep the PDF lightweight. • Internal storage/database so I can reopen any job, update figures or swap photos, then regenerate the report. • PDF generator that respects margins, fonts and spacing of my existing letterhead template. • Simple dashboard to search, filter or archive past valuations. Acceptance criteria 1. Installable APK plus full source code. 2. Input form matches my field list and validation rules. 3. Generated PDF mirrors the supplied template, A4 size, ready for professional printing. 4. All data (text, numbers, images) remains editable until I lock the report. 5. Clean, bug-free performance on at least Android 9–14. If you’ve handled PDF generation, local databases (Room, SQLite, Realm) and camera/gallery integration before, this should be straightforward. Let me know which libraries or frameworks you would prefer and a realistic timeline to get a first build in my hands.
