My current workspace already holds an Asana project that has any exception handles in deals I now need two additional list-view boards that plug straight into the existing project soI have visibility on all new deals & renewals in the pipleline, so that we can preidct and resolve blockers ahead of time. Scope • Build two new Asana projects in List view. • Link them to my active boards so tasks can be moved or mirrored without manual duplication. • Add task dependencies and the custom fields we already use for stage, value, and expected close date. • Create a basic—but reliable—Salesforce connection that syncs Opportunity records into these boards and updates key fields in both directions (stage, amount, owner, close date). Tooling Native Asana rules, the Asana API, or services such as Zapier/Make are fine—as long as the sync stays within Salesforce’s standard objects and doesn’t require paid add-ons beyond those platforms. Acceptance criteria 1. New tasks appear in Asana automatically when an Opportunity hits a chosen stage. 2. Updates in either system reflect in the other within 5 minutes. 3. Dependency links and custom field data remain intact when tasks move between boards. 4. A short Loom walkthrough and a one-page setup doc are delivered so I can maintain the integration myself.
