Create a WordPress website using Astra Pro theme/page builder. DO NOT build site using Elementor even though it is supported by Astra. Site must meet ADA and WCAG accessibility requirements. This includes (but is not limited to) alt tags, color contrast, and image descriptions. The website will consist of 11 pages. Sitemap as follows: - Home – text / photos / rotating header images - Request a Quote – text / fill-in form - About Us – text / photos - Our Services – drop-down menu, as follows: ---- Street & Highway – text, photos ---- Parking Lots & Garages– text, photos ---- Roads & Bridges – text, photos ---- Trash Changes – text, photos ---- Construction Sites – text, photos ---- Milling & Paving – text, photos - Contact Us – text / fill-in form - Privacy Policy (on lower menu only) – text No page content will be entered by the freelancer. I will enter all content. The final design is ready and is supplied as a PDF. I will install WordPress on a virtual server where the freelancer will build the website. Site must be developed on my server using the login credentials I supply. Below is a list of plug-ins that will be installed to use when building the site: 1. Astra Pro 2. Spectro Pro 3. Starter Templates Pro 4. Ninja Forms The freelancer will not have access to install any other plug-ins. If freelancer feels a portion of the site cannot be built without an additional plug-in, they can send a request and let me know what plug-in they need and why it is needed. Anything that is activated by default should NOT be deactivated.
