My native iOS app is running smoothly feature-wise, but the current cloud server drags down performance. I want to stand up a fresh, fully optimised Amazon Web Services environment and point the app to it, then publish the updated build on the mainland-China App Store. There is no AWS account in place yet, so the engagement starts with creating one under my ownership and securing all the right permissions. From there the full stack—compute (likely EC2 or Lambda), storage (S3), database, CDN, load balancing, security groups, backups, CloudWatch monitoring—needs to be planned, provisioned and documented. Once migration is complete the iOS code simply has to consume the new endpoints; Objective-C/Swift changes will be minimal, mostly configuration. When the backend is stable, the deliverable shifts to App Store Connect. The build must pass Apple’s China-specific compliance checks (encryption, licensing wherever required) and be live for users in that region. I will provide existing certificates, provisioning profiles and any written content; you handle packaging, screenshots, TestFlight, and final submission until “Ready for Sale” status is achieved. Acceptance criteria • AWS account created in my name, with a production-ready architecture deployed and documented. • API and data migrated; app connects without regressions in speed or functionality. • Updated build approved and discoverable on the China mainland store.
