The frontend is already designed. We are seeking an experienced backend developer to implement the server-side system that handles intake, payment, document generation, delivery, and automated failure handling. This is a low-volume, high-reliability product. Simplicity, correctness, and sound engineering judgment matter more than speed or experimentation. What you will be responsible for ● Building the backend for a paid web service ● Handling secure form submissions and file uploads ● Integrating a hosted payment provider ● Managing a background processing pipeline ● Integrating an LLM or document-generation system ● Generating and delivering editable documents ● Implementing automatic refunds when processing fails ● Ensuring basic security, data hygiene, and reliability You will not be responsible for frontend design, UI decisions, or copywriting.
