Each text should introduce everyday vocabulary, repeat key structures naturally, and include a short section of comprehension questions so learners can check their understanding on their own. What I’m after • 10–12 short stories (150–200words each) covering familiar themes such as daily routines, food, family, school, and hobbies • 8–10 factual articles (250–300 words each) on beginner-friendly topics like animals, weather, or famous places • Three quick-check elements per piece: a five-item true/false or multiple-choice quiz, a short glossary, and one open-ended discussion prompt Everything must be 100 % original, culturally neutral, and age-flexible (suitable for teens through adults). Friendly tone over textbook formality is key. Acceptance criteria 1. Texts score A1–A2 on the CEFR readability scale. 2. Vocabulary lists contain no more than ten new words per passage. 3. Comprehension items align directly with the text and require no outside knowledge.
