I need a seasoned mechanical engineer to take my concepts for a borewell-pipe lifting machine and a complementary borewell drilling unit all the way from rough sketches to a patent-ready, manufacture-ready package. You will be designing industrial machinery, so every choice you make must stand up to real-world loads, repeated use in remote locations, and low-maintenance field service. What I already have • Clear functional requirements for both machines • Early hand sketches showing the lifting mechanism and rotary drilling arrangement What I expect from you • 3D CAD models (SolidWorks, Inventor or similar) with full assemblies and exploded views • Detailed fabrication drawings, material specs and tolerances ready for workshop use • Strength and life calculations or FEA to validate critical members, gears and joints • Drive-train sizing for electric or diesel power sources, including torque and speed charts • Bill of materials with commercially available parts called out • Guidance and documentation for the patent application (claims, figures, reference numbers) Acceptance criteria 1. CAD assemblies open without errors and are fully constrained. 2. Simulations show safety factors ≥ 2 under specified load cases. 3. Drawings follow ISO or ASME Y14 standards and allow a fabricator to quote without further clarification. 4. Patent draft clearly distinguishes novelty over existing borewell equipment.
