Role Purpose Build, enhance, and scale production-grade web applications and platform modules that support enterprise AI workflows. This role exists for a hands-on engineer who can take ownership of features or entire applications — from design through implementation — with minimal supervision. The engineer will work closely with platform architects and AI engineers, but is expected to independently drive execution and make sound technical decisions. Key Outcomes This Role Owns • High-quality, production-ready application modules delivered on schedule • Clean, maintainable front-end and back-end codebases • Improved usability and performance of AI-enabled applications • Reduced dependency on constant design or engineering oversight Key Responsibilities • Design and implement end-to-end application features across front-end and back-end • Build and enhance user interfaces for complex, workflow-driven applications • Implement APIs and services that integrate with AI, data, and platform components • Collaborate with architects to align implementation with platform standards • Own features from development through testing, deployment, and iteration • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance issues • Contribute to improving code quality, structure, and engineering practices What Success Looks Like • Features and modules are delivered with minimal rework • Applications are intuitive, responsive, and stable • Codebases remain understandable and extensible as the platform evolves • Engineering velocity increases without sacrificing quality Ideal Background & Skills • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer • Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) • Solid back-end experience (Node.js, Java, Python, or equivalent) • Experience building RESTful or event-driven APIs • Comfortable working with cloud-based architectures • Experience integrating complex systems or platforms • Ability to work independently and make pragmatic technical decisions
