I need a full-scale, custom ERP that pulls my day-to-day work out of spreadsheets and scattered apps into one intuitive, browser-based platform. The first release must cover two pillars of the company: • Inventory Management – real-time stock tracking across multiple locations, rules-driven automated re-ordering, and a warehouse management workflow that handles receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch. • Financial Management – invoicing straight from orders, clear expense tracking with approval flows, and budgeting tools that let me compare actuals versus plan at a glance. Clean, modular code is important so additional operations (HR, CRM, etc.) can slot in later without a rebuild. A responsive interface, role-based permissions, audit logging, and solid reporting dashboards are expected from day one. Acceptance criteria 1. Each module runs end-to-end with dummy data before we point it at production. 2. All records sync correctly between Inventory and Finance (e.g., stock issues feed COGS, invoices update cash flow). 3. Unit / integration tests cover critical paths; automated CI reports green. 4. Deploys smoothly to our cloud account with versioned documentation and a hand-off session for my team. If you have a proven track record building ERP-style apps and can commit to milestone-based delivery, I’d love to see how you’d approach this.
