Key objectives • Product customisation: users should be able to edit the chosen item live on-screen—changing text, adding or replacing images and previewing the result in real time, just as they do on Vistaprint. • Full online store: catalogue management, shopping-cart, checkout, payment-gateway integration and order confirmation emails all need to be in place. • Admin control: I need an easy way to add new products, set pricing, manage orders and generate basic sales reports. • Speed and responsiveness: the site has to feel smooth on desktop, and it should degrade gracefully on mobile and tablet. • Clean hand-off: at the end I’ll need the source code, database (if any), admin credentials and a short set-up guide so my team can maintain the site.
