I need an Airtable-based system that lets our service-provider vendors interact with us smoothly while giving my team a clear, real-time overview of every relationship. The build should cover three core areas: 1. Vendor onboarding As a agency, we will manually select the vendor whom we are going to onboard. Only those vendors will be given a username and password from us. They will log in and upload their list to our database. It will be manual or it will be Excel format upload. Multiple same service will be having some sorting option too. 2. Clients Onboarding Clients will be added as per our invite with the agency ID. Clients can view vendor lists. The client can will buy our services. Vendor list must be displayed to client with cost alteration and agency commission etc. Detailed requirements will be submitted to winning team Timeframe : 1 month Technical preferences • Airtable Interface Designer for role-based visibility (external vendors should never see other vendors). • Automations or script snippets for status changes, email reminders and Cost manipulation must change in front end as per agency. • Clear field naming and documentation so my team can tweak things later without coding. Deliverables • Fully built backend and front end. • At least two Interfaces: one limited vendor portal, one internal dashboard. • Automation logic tested with sample data. • A short Loom walkthrough (or written SOP) explaining structure, tables, views and how to add new vendors, change agrements etc. Acceptance criteria The system is considered complete when a test vendor can: a) self-onboard through the form, b) update his lists like say 100 to any number of tables c) In front end client must be able to view data with cost optimisation for different clients Simple, Easy, non clumsy work is expected If you have previous Airtable vendor or CRM builds, please share a brief demo link or screenshots so I can see your approach. Looking forward to collaborating and getting this live quickly.
