The goal is to reduce manual work and streamline operations by automating customer interactions. Core Features (MVP): 1. Booking / request form (for appointments or orders) 2. Automatic data storage (database or Google Sheets) 3. Automated confirmation messages (Email or WhatsApp if possible) 4. Simple admin dashboard to view and manage requests Nice to Have: - Integration with WhatsApp Business API - Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make - Clean and simple UI/UX Project Goal: Build a working MVP that can be tested with real clients, with the potential to scale into a full SaaS platform.
