This project involves setting up a data connection between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho CRM. The flow should behave as follows: customer records, sales orders and current inventory levels originate in Business Central and appear automatically in Zoho CRM (one-way). Quotes, however, must stay perfectly aligned in both applications, so any change to quote amounts, customer details or product line-items made in either system is pushed to the other in near-real-time. The plan is to have the sales team conduct all quoting and customer interaction through Zoho with operations team working from the BC environment. I already use both platforms daily and need the integration configured, field-mapped and properly tested rather than pieced together ad-hoc. APIs, native connectors, Power Automate, Zoho Flow or another proven middleware layer are all fine so long as the result is reliable, documented and easy to maintain. Deliverables: • Live, fully functioning integrations: – One-way sync (Business Central → Zoho) for customers, orders and inventory – Bidirectional sync for quotes (amounts, customer info, product details) • Clear field-mapping and process documentation • A brief hand-over session showing how to monitor or modify the workflows This project can grow as we need a service module also and I don’t really know how much time is involved in this project.
