Key requirements and context • Browser-based (mobile-responsive) architecture built with a modern stack—think React or Vue on the front end and a robust, API-driven back end (Node, Django, or similar). • Secure user authentication with role-based access so managers, staff, and partners see only the data that applies to them. • Intuitive dashboards and configurable reports that let us track KPIs relevant to the US market in real time. • Clean, tamper-proof audit logs because we’ll need traceability for compliance once we open our US office. • Straightforward data import/export to CSV or Excel so legacy records migrate without headaches.
