I have hand-sketched floor plans and perspectives that need to be digitalized. The deliverables include: - 2 floor plans (existing and renovated) in CAD (.DWG format) with proper layers, dimensions, and annotations. - 1 lighting plan. - 1 floor pattern plan. - 3–4 elevations (kitchen, cabinetry, master bathroom, etc.). - 4 sections. - 3–4 high-quality 3D renderings of selected spaces. The final package should be presentation-ready for printing directly to PDF.
