I want to launch a simple, clean SaaS that lets advocates organise every matter from one place, whether they open it on the web, an iOS device, or an Android phone. The core flow is straightforward: • An advocate logs in, opens or creates a case, and the platform instantly builds stage-based folders for that matter. • From any device the user can scan paperwork with the camera or upload existing documents; the system must store and render PDF, JPEG and DOCX without distortion. • Notes can be added to each stage, and selected files or notes can be shared with a colleague by secure link or in-app mention. • When a fee is due the advocate triggers payment straight inside the case, so please wire in a mainstream gateway (Stripe or Razorpay are both fine). Also option to add party names in cases and also the people involved in the case with their relation to the parties. . A side bar having everything on it, to skip the hassle of going back . It is a subscription model where everything is free but scanning after 10 pages, app must ask for subscription The final deliverable is a production-ready SaaS consisting of: 1. Responsive web portal. 2. Native iOS and Android apps or high-quality cross-platform builds that feel native. 3. A single back-end and database that keep everything in sync in real time. During hand-off I’ll need: – Source code and build instructions. – A short admin guide covering user creation, subscription plans and gateway settings. – One live demo account I can use to run acceptance testing (create case → scan doc → share → collect payment). Clean UI, smooth onboarding and fast search are more important to me than an overload of features, so keep the stack modern, lightweight and secure.
