I’m building out a suite of AI-driven solutions and need someone who already feels at home inside Anthropic’s Claude ecosystem. The immediate goal is to design a variety of automations—primarily customer-service bots and internal workflow helpers—that can be reused across multiple projects. What I have in mind • Customer-service bots that can handle FAQs, triage or resolve common issues, and smoothly hand off edge-cases to human agents. • Lightweight workflow automations that speed up internal processes such as report generation, data hand-offs, or decision support. You’ll be free to choose the Claude model version best suited to each task, but I expect clean prompt engineering, clear modular code (Python or a comparable scripting language), and concise documentation so the logic can be extended later. Deliverables • Fully functioning Claude prompts / scripts for at least one customer bot and one workflow automation. • Setup notes (API keys, environment variables, required libraries). • A brief README explaining how to tweak or scale each component for future “AI Skills” we may add. Acceptance criteria 1. Each automation must run end-to-end in my test environment without manual intervention. 2. Responses should remain within latency and cost limits we’ll discuss up front. 3. Code, prompts, and instructions are clear enough for another developer to extend. If you’ve shipped similar Claude solutions before, especially in customer support or back-office process automation, that experience will be invaluable.
