I need an exact functional and visual replica first, but branded for my new company: swap the old logo for the new one in the header only. Once the clone is in place, I must be able to update or remove any disclosure text myself without touching code—whether that’s a simple JSON/YAML file, a lightweight admin screen, or another straightforward method you suggest. Acceptance criteria • Pixel-matched copy of the current site, responsive as the original • New company logo appears cleanly in the header on every screen • Clear, non-technical way to edit or delete disclosure text (and have changes reflected instantly) • Full source code, brief deployment steps, and a quick guide that shows me exactly where/how to change the content The existing stack is plain JavaScript; feel free to modernize behind the scenes, but keep the look, flow, and simplicity intact.
