Hi, I’m setting up a small, budget-friendly café in Chennai serving tea, coffee, chaats, sweets, and savouries. The overall design direction is already finalized through a moodboard. Flooring is complete, and non-AC seating and furniture have been selected. I’m now looking for a designer who can faithfully translate the approved moodboard into a cohesive 3D design package before we proceed with painting and fixture installation. Design Direction (Already Decided) • Style: Modern, minimalist • Color palette: Neutral tones (soft beige, ivory, warm off-white) • Overall feel: Clean, welcoming, cost-conscious The moodboard will be shared at kickoff and should be followed closely. Scope of Work Based strictly on the approved moodboard, I need detailed design and visualization for the following elements, shown within the actual café space: 1. Wall Finishes • Paint or subtle wallpaper as per moodboard • Durable, easy-to-maintain finishes suitable for daily café use 2. Counter Front (Fascia) • Material and detailing as indicated in the moodboard • Clean, modern, and budget-efficient execution 3. Lighting • Ambient and task lighting aligned with the moodboard • Energy-efficient and practical for a non-AC café 4. Exterior Nameboard / Signage • Design direction as per moodboard • Clear visibility from the street, minimal and modern Deliverables • Visual references / concept frames derived from the moodboard • Full 3D model of the interior and façade with materials and lighting • 4–6 high-resolution renders from key viewpoints • 30–60 second walkthrough / fly-through video • Editable source files (SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender, etc.) Site photos, measurements, and the finalized moodboard will be provided at project start for accurate modeling. Timeline • Initial 3D concept: within 7 days • Final renders & video: a few days after feedback Preferred Experience • Experience with compact cafés or QSR-style interiors • Understanding of cost-effective materials suitable for Indian climate and usage • Prior work in India preferred Please share relevant café or restaurant samples, your workflow, and expected turnaround time.
