We’re looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate (CRE) report creator to help us produce Offering Memorandum (OM)–style investment reports for RePrime. We will provide all source material, including: -The broker’s original OM -Deal data and financials -Additional notes and context from our team Your role is to rebuild the report in our RePrime format, producing: -A clean, professional English version, and -A high-quality Hebrew version of the same report ⚠️ Fluency in Hebrew is required — this is not a machine-translation task. The Hebrew version must read naturally and professionally for Israeli investors. What You’ll Be Doing -Reformat and rewrite CRE Offering Memorandums using provided materials -Organize deal details clearly (property overview, financials, investment highlights, risks, etc.) -Create accurate, investor-ready Hebrew translations of the full report -Maintain consistent formatting, structure, and tone across reports Required Skills -Fluent in English and Hebrew (written) -Experience creating professional reports or investment documents -Strong attention to detail and formatting -Ability to understand real estate or financial information Nice to Have (Not Required) -Experience with Commercial Real Estate -Prior work on Offering Memorandums, pitch decks, or investor reports -Familiarity with Israeli or international investors Project Details -Ongoing work (multiple OMs per month) -We provide content and data
