Scope of work • Develop a conceptual layout that shows circulation, seating clusters, and planting zones. • Refine the concept into detailed plans—hardscape, planting, and lighting—suitable for permit and contractor pricing. • Provide a planting schedule (botanical / common names, container size, quantities) and hardscape specifications. • Deliver final files in PDF for review and in editable CAD (DWG) or equivalent. I’ll supply a current survey, photos, and any branding guidelines you may need. If you work in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools, let me know; 3D visuals are a plus but not mandatory.
