I’m expanding my website and mobile-app development practice and need a Business Development Executive who is paid purely on commission. Your focus will be on but not limited to e-commerce, healthcare, and education projects—anything from ecommerce storefronts to HIPAA-compliant patient portals or interactive learning platforms—aimed at startups and small- to medium-sized businesses. What you’ll actually do day to day is straightforward: generate qualified leads, run discovery or demo calls, gather requirements with enough technical depth for my developers to quote accurately, and drive the deal right through to signature. I handle production and delivery; you own the pipeline and the close. You’ll have total flexibility in where and how you hunt so long as opportunities stay aligned with our core services: custom websites (React, Next.js, Laravel) and cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter, React Native, native iOS/Android). When a deal lands, you’ll receive an agreed-upon percentage of every paid milestone, so your earnings grow with the project scope.
