I already have the full source code for a working Satta Matka mobile app and backend. My goal is to turn it into a completely new, white-label product under a different name, logo, icon, and colour palette. Every trace of the old branding must disappear so the app feels as though it was built from scratch for my company. Scope of work • Re-skin: replace the app logo and name, app icon, and global colour scheme in both Android and iOS builds (Android Studio / Xcode). • White-label cleanup: update package IDs, splash screens, notifications, web views and admin panel so no original branding remains. • Server migration: deploy the existing backend on a fresh cloud instance of my choice, attach a new domain, configure SSL, and make sure the app connects flawlessly. • Payment gateway: add and fully test a mainstream gateway (I’m open to your recommendation; end-to-end testing in sandbox and live mode required). • Minor functional tweaks that surface during testing. • Final hand-off: complete source code, keystore or signing certificates, backend credentials, domain/DNS access, and a short deployment/read-me document. Acceptance criteria 1. Both mobile builds install and run without errors. 2. New logo, icon, name, and colour scheme display consistently across all screens. 3. Admin panel retains full control of games, users, results, and reports. 4. Payments complete successfully in test and live modes. 5. No residual references to the old brand in code, UI, notifications, or metadata. 6. All server and store credentials are transferred to me before final payment. Experience with gaming or betting apps, payment SDKs, and cloud deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, etc.) is a major plus. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right developer who can work efficiently, communicate progress clearly, and deliver the finished, fully rebranded product back into my hands.
