I operate a valet parking service and need a unified digital platform that covers mobile and web. The mobile side must ship on both iOS and Android, giving drivers a clean way to issue vehicle drop-off or pick-up requests, pay on the spot, and follow real-time vehicle movement while they wait. Valet attendants will rely on their own in-app view to accept or queue requests, scan tickets, update vehicle status, and navigate quickly within the lot. An admin web dashboard should round everything out with live fleet visibility, payment reconciliation, and basic user management. Core flow I expect • Vehicle drop-off/pick-up requests route instantly from the driver’s phone to the nearest attendant. • Secure, in-app payment processing (card and wallet) with receipts stored for admins. • Real-time tracking so both driver and staff can see where a car is in the hand-off process. • Full control admin panel to setup prices for the clients and download reports based on location wise, gate wise and productivity wise. • QR/NFC based cards and tickets generation for internal use. Deliverables • Production-ready iOS and Android apps (native, Flutter, or React Native—your call, just justify it). • Web dashboard for admins, and non app users responsive on desktop/tablet. • REST or GraphQL API, database schema, and deployment scripts. • Source code, build instructions, and a short hand-off session. Acceptance criteria 1. Driver prints the qr code ticket, uses his own card to mark his name to show who attended the client. Both during pick up and drop off the vehicle to the client. 2. Payments post correctly in the admin ledger with a matching transaction ID. 3. Vehicle location updates every five seconds or better under normal LTE/Wi-Fi conditions. 4. In detail location based revenue report including gatewise and driver wise productivity. 5. Admin to setup pricing, location wise and gate wise, ( free, normal, premium). Auto calculated productivity reports. I’m happy to discuss UI sketches, preferred cloud services, and any third-party integrations you recommend.
