I have several real-world clients who need phone-based Voice AI agents that can pick up incoming calls, answer customer or lead questions, share product and service details, book appointments, and send out confirmations. The tech stack is fixed: Twilio for telephony, Vapi or Retell for the conversational layer, Google Calendar or Calendly for scheduling, and SMS for confirmations. All call transcripts and key event logs must be pushed to either Google Sheets or Airtable. Scope of work • Connect and provision a working Twilio number. • Configure the conversational agent in Vapi/Retell so it can comfortably greet callers, handle FAQs, deliver product details and service options, schedule appointments, and generally “take the call” end to end. • Plug calendar booking into Google Calendar or Calendly and verify that booked slots reflect instantly. • Trigger an SMS confirmation after every successful booking. • Pipe call logs and booking data into Google Sheets or Airtable for easy review. • Record a 3–5 minute Loom walkthrough and supply brief documentation of the setup. Acceptance criteria – Ring the number, speak to the agent, and receive accurate answers plus an offered appointment slot. – Confirm that the booked slot appears on the calendar of choice. – Verify the SMS confirmation arrives with correct details. – Check that the call transcript and metadata are logged in Sheets/Airtable. – Loom video clearly demonstrates the above.
