My WordPress site is already live on GoDaddy; now I need it to operate as a fully self-serve booking portal. The job starts with a clean install and complete configuration of the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin, followed by a direct integration with my Hospitable account so messaging and scheduled emails flow from one place. Stripe must be the payment gateway and work in live mode before we sign off. The internal availability calendar has to stay in perfect two-way sync with both Airbnb and VRBO—no gaps, no double-bookings. Multi-language support isn’t required; English-only is fine. To create a smooth guest journey I also need: • Custom booking forms tailored to the fields I specify • Automated email confirmations and reminders • Discount code integration for seasonal promos Once finished, guests should be able to choose dates, see real-time availability, apply a promo code, and pay through Stripe in a single, streamlined flow—mobile and desktop alike. Deliverables 1. Production-ready MotoPress setup on my existing theme 2. Stripe connected, webhooks tested, and a successful live charge demonstrated 3. Airbnb & VRBO calendars synced and verified via test listings 4. Short hand-off guide or Loom video showing where to adjust rates, coupons, emails, and sync settings Please share at least one previous WordPress booking implementation—MotoPress preferred—so I can confirm experience.
