We are rolling out Zoho One company-wide and want the entire platform configured so our team can move straight from spreadsheets and disconnected tools into a single, streamlined workspace. Scope of work • Analyse our current processes and map them to Zoho One. • Configure the key apps—starting with CRM, Books and Projects—adding custom fields, pipelines, blueprints, automations and role-based permissions. • Integrate email, calendars and any essential third-party services (e.g., Office 365, Slack, website forms). • Build real-time dashboards and reports for sales, finance and project tracking. • Migrate legacy data only if we decide it is needed, ensuring clean, validated imports. • Produce short, clear documentation and run remote training so every user can work confidently from day one. Deliverables 1. A fully configured Zoho One environment that mirrors our real-world workflows. 2. Data migration scripts and completed import (if chosen). 3. User guide (PDF or shared doc) plus a recorded walkthrough session. 4. Thirty days of post-go-live support for tweaks and questions. Acceptance criteria • All agreed workflows execute end-to-end without errors. • Dashboards show accurate, real-time figures when tested with live data. • Five pilot users confirm they can perform their daily tasks unaided after training.
