I have a slate of upcoming interviews that I need you to run from start to finish. The mix includes both real mid-level job applicants and university students doing mock sessions, so you’ll need to switch comfortably between genuine hiring conversations and coaching-style assessments. All calls will be hosted on Google Meet, scheduled for 10-20 minutes each. I’ll supply the role description, résumés, and any must-ask questions in advance; you set up the calendar invites, handle the conversation, then return a concise write-up. My number-one focus is the candidate’s communication— clarity, confidence, and listening skills. If you do notice telling signals about collaboration style or problem-solving, feel free to add those observations, but they’re secondary. Deliverables • Calendar invites sent and confirmed with every candidate • Live Google Meet interview conducted per candidate (recording optional) • Post-call summary for me: 1–2 paragraphs highlighting communication strengths, gaps, and overall recommendation Turnaround on each report should be within 24 hours of the interview so I can keep the process moving.
