I need a full-scale Construction ERP that covers every step of a project life-cycle in a Saudi context—from the first client enquiry through hand-over and final account. Core functions must include finance control with project-wise P&L, fixed-asset tracking, VAT handling, and native ZATCA e-invoicing so auditors can pull compliant XML on demand. The platform has to support multiple concurrent projects, enforce role-based security, and remain performant as user counts and data volumes grow. A modern web stack that scales horizontally (Laravel, .NET, or similar) and a responsive UI are both fine; I’m most interested in clean architecture, an auditable database schema, and clear APIs that let me add mobile apps or third-party integrations later.
