We are seeking a skilled 3D visualiser to produce five high resolution photorealistic renders using 3ds Max and V Ray for a semi open floor plan residential villa refurbishment, including a living area, dining area, and main reception. Existing villa photos will be provided as reference. Strong attention to detail is essential, particularly in groove articulation, material transitions, and achieving realistic materiality. The renders must clearly demonstrate a balanced composition of daylight alongside architectural and decorative lighting.
