Our 25-page Community Impact Report is ready for its yearly refresh, and I need a skilled copywriter to turn the raw bullet points and last year’s copy into an engaging, casual-toned narrative. You’ll concentrate on three key areas—financial performance, community initiatives, and member testimonials—making sure every figure, stat, and story is current, accurate, and easy to read. You will receive: • Last year’s full report (InDesign file and PDF) • A spreadsheet of updated numbers and milestones • Bullet-point notes from our internal teams Your core tasks: 1. Rewrite and tighten the copy while keeping the friendly, conversational voice our members love. 2. Drop the new numbers into the right spots, especially across the financial pages. 3. Weave in fresh anecdotes from community projects and member stories so they feel authentic, not forced. 4. Proofread the entire document for clarity, consistency, and flow. 5. Update existing charts, infographics, and photo captions—no need to design from scratch, just ensure everything aligns with the new data and brand style. Experience with credit unions, banking, or annual/impact reports will help you hit the ground running, but strong report-writing chops and an eye for detail are what matter most. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or the ability to mark edits directly in the file is a plus; otherwise, clear markup in PDF is fine. If you love turning numbers into stories and can keep a brand’s voice casual yet credible, I’d love to collaborate and have the draft ready for internal review within two weeks of kickoff.
