Beyond the forms, the full brochure section content can be redesigned, but navigation flow should feel familiar to existing users. I want the site responsive, fast, SEO friendly and built on a CMS (WordPress, Webflow or similar) that lets me handle text or image edits without coding. Future-proofing I plan to collect candidate registration fees through UPI soon, so leave room for a plug-and-play payment gateway module and make sure the tech stack you choose will support popular Indian payment APIs. Acceptance criteria 1. Pixel-accurate recreation of all four forms, fully tested for submission and mail delivery. 2. Intuitive admin dashboard with clear labels so I can add pages or blog posts myself. 3. Mobile, tablet and desktop breakpoints look consistent. 4. Handover includes source files, passwords and a brief video or written guide covering routine edits. Launch timeline is flexible but I would like to see the first working draft within two weeks.
