I have five existing PDF forms that I need rebuilt as fully interactive documents my users can open inside a mobile app. Each form must include fillable text fields and check-boxes exactly where they appear in the originals, so typing, tapping, and ticking feel natural on a phone screen. When a user finishes, the form should keep all entries, allow a quick download, and look identical to the source layout. At this stage I’m not certain whether the forms will push data to a backend or stay offline, so please build them in a way that leaves the door open for a future API connection without locking us into any single platform or library. Deliverables • Five mobile-ready, interactive PDF files mirroring my originals • Tested to confirm every field and check box functions on iOS and Android viewers • Clear hand-over notes describing any tools or scripts used, plus guidance on how to plug in a backend later if needed
