I need an ArcGIS Pro project that runs a statistically sound hot spot analysis on a set of crime-incident points I will supply (CSV with lat-long). The workflow should ingest the data, project it correctly, and use the Optimized Hot Spot or Getis-Ord Gi* tools to reveal statistically significant clusters. When you deliver, I would like: • The completed ArcGIS Pro project (.aprx) with all processing steps saved in ModelBuilder or a Python toolbox so I can rerun the analysis with fresh data. • A layer file or geodatabase feature class storing the final hot spot output, symbolized to show confidence levels. • A layout suitable for export to PDF that includes scale, legend, north arrow, and concise interpretation notes. Please document key parameters (distance band, conceptualization of spatial relationships, FDR settings) inside the model or as a short read-me so I can understand the choices made. If any data cleansing or coordinate correction is required, include those steps as well.
