Please watch the short Loom first – https://www.loom.com/share/65145b511f9445919fe85781a390bae6 – it shows the exact look-and-feel, page structure and checkout flow I want copied. The catalogue contains a mix of standard items and several products with custom formulas. For these special items the price must be calculated live from custom input fields the shopper fills out (length, width, etc.). No variation drop-downs or predefined rules: the calculation is entirely driven by the customer’s numeric inputs. The result has to refresh instantly, feed through to the cart, tax, coupon and shipping calculations, and remain editable until payment. Beyond that logic layer the build is straightforward WooCommerce: • Theme and styling should match the reference site in the Loom, including fonts, spacing, product grid and a clean one-page checkout. • Responsive behaviour must be identical on mobile. • Admin side needs an easy way for me to edit formulas or add new formula-based products without touching code. You are free to choose the best approach—native functions, a well-supported plugin, or lightweight custom PHP/JS—so long as performance stays fast and updates remain safe. Acceptance criteria 1. Front-end layout indistinguishable from the Loom example. 2. Formula products reliably calculate price from user inputs and pass the correct total through every stage of the order process. 3. Clear written hand-off instructions or a short video showing how I can create or edit these products myself. If you have shipped WooCommerce stores with live price calculations before, that experience will help us move quickly. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the workflow.
