I want to build a web-based order execution system that my Admins and Sales team can open from both desktop and mobile browsers. The goal is to move every purchase and sales order off spreadsheets and into a responsive app that tracks partial receipts and dispatches without losing sight of balance quantities. Key deliverables • Purchase Order module – create POs, attach suppliers, record each partial receipt and keep the remaining quantity visible at line-item level. • Sales Order module – raise SOs, assign them to team members, mark each partial dispatch, and always show what is still outstanding. • Automated balance tracker – Ordered − Executed quantities calculated and displayed instantly for every line. • One-click WhatsApp PDF – branded summary (logo, customer info, quantities, due date) that exports under 500 KB for easy sharing. • Smart dashboard & filters – Pending, due-today, and overdue views plus quick search by customer, status, owner, or date range. • Fully responsive UI – seamless experience on phones, tablets, and desktops. Acceptance criteria 1. A user with the Admin or Sales role can complete the full PO → SO → Execution flow without errors. 2. Balance quantities update immediately after each partial receipt/dispatch. 3. Generated PDFs open correctly on mobile and meet the size target. 4. Dashboard counters refresh in real time or on a lightweight poll. 5. Works on the latest Chrome, Edge, Safari, and default Android/iOS browsers. Please use a modern, maintainable stack—Laravel + Vue, Django + React, Node + Next, or a similar combination—backed by MySQL or PostgreSQL. On hand-over I’ll need the full source code in a private Git repo and a concise README so my team can get it running fast.
