I need a clean, user-friendly website that works as a private “document cloud” for my PDFs. The main purpose is to let me upload files quickly, sort them into custom categories, and then allow authorised users to download, view, comment on, or even annotate those PDFs directly in the browser. Right now everything will be hosted on my Hostinger account, so the finished site has to deploy smoothly there. If a separate storage layer (AWS S3, Azure Blob, GCP Storage, etc.) makes the PDF handling faster or more scalable, I’m open to integrating one of those services, but Hostinger will still serve the front end. Key goals • Simple admin panel where I can create and rename categories, drag-and-drop upload multiple PDFs, and attach my own descriptive text to each file. • Front-end viewer that supports in-browser reading, comments, and basic annotation/markup. • Secure download option with permission control. • Clean search or filter so visitors can quickly locate a file by title, tag, or category. • Responsive design so the viewer and forms look good on desktop and mobile. Deliverable A fully deployed site on my Hostinger account, including source code, database/schema, and a short walkthrough so I can maintain content myself.
