I need a web-based platform that takes an applicant smoothly from sign-up to pass in hand. The flow begins with a responsive registration form that lets users enter their details, upload a photo and a single ID proof, then hit submit. Every submission should land in an admin dashboard where I can inspect the data, open the attached ID, and decide—after document verification and my own manual review—whether to approve or reject. The moment I click Approve or Reject, an email must be sent automatically to the applicant, pulling content from pre-set templates that I can edit later. No SMS or push alerts are required; email alone keeps things simple. Once approved, I want the system to let me design a branded pass (logo, colours, dynamic fields) and generate it as a PDF. I should be able to select multiple approved applicants, press Download, and receive all their passes in a single, print-ready PDF batch. Must-have deliverables: • Responsive registration form with photo + ID proof upload • Admin dashboard for data review, document preview, approve/reject toggles • Email notification engine tied to each status change • Pass designer & bulk PDF generator (multi-select, single download) Tech stack is flexible—Laravel, Django, Node, or similar—but the final product must be secure, efficient, and easy for me to maintain.
