I need a fully custom theme (no off-the-shelf templates) designed and developed in Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. The layout should spotlight each service, make it easy for visitors to understand what’s included, and lead them smoothly to checkout. A core requirement is a built-in customer reviews and testimonials section that I can manage from the Shopify admin.
