SolidWorks modeling with approach to variable design and visualization. What we are asking: Please review the attached SolidWorks files for the Infinit design and the 30mL Long Squeeze Pack (Kit). Using these as reference, create a variable model for a thermoforming bottle suitable for our deep draw machine. The model should allow adjustment across the following size range without rebuilding: 60mL, 90mL, 120mL, 180mL, and 250mL. Key specifications: 4mm freeboard for HFFS machine fill Estimated cavity size for 250mL: approx. 6cm wide × 10cm high (excluding snap area) × 5cm deep 50mm drawdown (may vary between 40–55mm) Stand-up stability (check center of gravity) Mouth-friendly spout and snap feature (similar to Infinit design) Efficient pack-out for retail and food service (include shippers and palletization) Material: approx. 600 micron, lightweight yet stiff Design should retail well for hydration, nutrition, coffee, and lunchbox formats Competes against Ketone IQ and 4 Hour Energy for smaller sizes Tooling layout suitable for 6–12 up on Multivac-equivalent machines (250mm and 322mm wide) Goal: Produce a SolidWorks model and a visual demo that demonstrates your ability to create a scalable, efficient design aligned with the above requirements.
