This is NOT a traditional library system (no books). It is a seat-based system where students come to study using their own books. Project Overview: - Total seats: 140 - 110 normal seats (non-locker) - 30 locker seats (premium) Shift System: - Morning: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM - Evening: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM - Full Day: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM Core Requirement (IMPORTANT LOGIC): 1. Locker seats (111–140): - Can ONLY be assigned to Full Day students - No Morning or Evening allowed 3. System must prevent conflicts automatically. Main Features Required: 1. Dashboard: - Total seats, occupied seats, available seats (shift-wise) - Pending fees summary 2. Seat Management: - Visual seat layout (grid view like booking system) - Color-coded status: Available / Morning / Evening / Full Day / Locker - Click to assign or change seat 3. Student Management: - Add/Edit/Delete student - Fields: Name, Phone (unique), Seat No, Shift, Join Date, Status 4. Fee Management: - Monthly fee tracking - Paid / Pending status - Due dates - Optional: receipt generation (PDF preferred) 5. Reports: - Monthly income - Seat occupancy - Pending payments (defaulters list) 6.
