I’m ready to create a new website from the ground up and I’d like a design-focused professional to guide the process from discovery to final, developer-ready files. Because I’m still defining the site’s exact purpose—whether it evolves into a sleek portfolio, a content-driven blog, or even a light e-commerce presence—I value a designer who can help shape the information architecture as well as the visual look and feel. I don’t yet have a full brand style guide, so part of the engagement will be establishing core colours, typography and imagery guidelines that translate consistently across the site. Key deliverables • Three initial homepage concepts with distinct visual directions • One approved direction fully expanded into responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile) for at least a homepage, an About section and a Contact section—additional pages can follow the same design system • A clickable prototype in Figma (or a comparable tool) to demonstrate flow and interactivity • A final UI kit / style guide including colour codes, typography scales, button states and iconography • Exported assets and organised layers, ready for hand-off to development Acceptance criteria • Design is responsive and WCAG-compliant for basic accessibility • All text styles and components are clearly named and reusable in the design file • Final hand-off includes both editable source files and a PDF presentation of each key page If you excel at turning loose ideas into a polished, conversion-ready interface—and can communicate progress through short video walk-throughs or scheduled check-ins—I’d love to see a few relevant examples from your portfolio and discuss the next steps.
