I want to integrate my Kommo account (amoCRM) with Make to create a simple and functional WhatsApp response automation. Objective: Ensure functional automated communication between Kommo and Make. Desired Flow: 1. Receive message from the client on WhatsApp (via Kommo) 2. Send data via Salesbot (widget_request) to a webhook in Make 3. Process in Make (no complex logic at this stage) 4. Return response to Kommo 5. Send automatic response to the client via send_external_message Expected Result: – System working flawlessly – Automatic response sent correctly – Tested and validated with me Important Note: I do not intend to implement FAQ logic, customization, or complex automations at this stage. The objective is only to validate basic communication. If the work goes well, there will be continuity for full development (FAQ, customization, etc.).
